The sizes of the reefer container range from 8' to 53'. Special containers including offshore containers, housing containers, deep frozen containers, dining containers, bath containers, toilet containers and a lot more special designed containers for both military and civil usage.
The ISO reefer line is being well maintained at a daily production rate of 120 units 40� HC. QCRC has become one of the most trustworthy manufacturers of reefer containers between the world's leading shipping companies and leasing companies
QCSC was emerged as the time required in 2004 with a total investment of USD 30 million. The new established production line of special reefer container includes fabrication jig & fixture, main assembly line, coating line, finishing line, sandwich panel foaming equipment and the c-p blowing (Cycle-Pentane) agent foaming system. This special production line was designed to maximize the capability at 4, 000 units (53�) annually.
QCSC has more than 50 design engineers; a strong R&D team has become the main force in the world's major special reefer and insulated container market. As yet it is still the first and exclusive special reefer center in the CIMC group. The goal of QCSC is to provide professionally special reefer transport equipment in the global market.
